CLEVELAND, Ohio — The FBI has subpoenaed records related to Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Judge Leslie Ann Celebrezze.
Celebrezze has been the target of a state disciplinary investigation into accusations that she steered lucrative court business to receiver and mediator Mark Dottore, whom she has known since childhood. She is accused in the disciplinary proceeding of having a romantic relationship with Dottore.
The FBI has been asking questions about Celebrezze and Dottore since at least 2023, according to a lawsuit. The subpoena, delivered by agents to the court last week, marks a new level of scrutiny by federal authorities.
